Patrick J. Moroney

Patrick J. Moroney graduated from City University of New York (CUNY) with his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He then attended New York Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2015. Prior to being admitted to the bar, Mr. Moroney worked as an Asbestos Litigation Paralegal while attending law school as an evening student.

Mr. Moroney has actively participated and assisted in the prosecution of dozens of asbestos cases, taking depositions, appearing at hearings, arguing motions and participating in court conferences while obtaining millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New York, the United States District Court (Southern District of New York) and the United States District Court (Eastern District of New York)
